2026 MOSSAR Annual Convention

 If you are using an Apple product (computer or iPhone), you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to properly use the PDF form.  Also, if you have a lesser known email address (a work email, fastmail, proton, etc.), the system will not recognize them. You must use a well known email system (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc), or open your email system, and attach the form.

You can download Acrobat Reader at:   https://get.adobe.com/reader/ 

Then make sure Acrobat Reader is the default PDF viewer.

Please save your registration form first, then pay for your registration. Next, go to your document on your computer/device, then open the form on your computer/device to email and print the form.
